Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free for all retail orders to US costumers only. Retail orders ship out by priority mail. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. For overnight shipments, please call us directly at 734-482-5409. For out of state rentals, please contact our rental department, or call us between business hours.
Returns & Replacements
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and with receipt for other merchandise or store credit good for one full year only. Merchandise must be unworn and with tags still intact. No cash back. For online customers, please contact us within 10 days of receipt or any concerns.
Orders can be made through the website, by email, or by phone. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
Costumes are rented by the day, to be returned by end of the next business day. For every day past the initial rental period you have the costume will be another half a rental fee. For example, a $20 Monday rental must be returned by end of day Tuesday. If you would like to return Wednesday, it would be an extra $10.
Rental fees can be paid over the phone or in person by cash, check or credit card. Once a reservation has been made, it is a final sale and cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Security deposits must be left on a credit card in the form of a hold that will be returned to you within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your back. Security deposits are taken at the time of pickup.
You must be 18 years of age with a valid government-issued ID, driver's licence or state ID to rent a costume.

Theatrical discounts are as follows:
1-9 costume rentals: listed book price
10-19 costume rentals: 15% off entire rental order
20+ costume rentals: $30 per costume
